Hiring

All relevant personal information and police clearance checks are completed.
An offer of employment letter and the Welcome to Impex Orientation Package are submitted to the successful candidate.

Training

All hired candidates must complete training and pass tests on Health & Safety, Environment, and Respect at the Workplace. We give specific training on service processes and procedures to ensure rapid integration to the work teams and a productive work routine is immediately adopted.

Biljana is the Head of Division for Residential and Strata Clearing Services in WA. Biljana is responsible for leading the WA Residential and Strata Cleaning Team across all service lines including Cleaning Service, Washroom Services and Apartment Cleaning. 

Biljana is an experienced professional with 20 years’ experience in leading teams across of Residential, Commercial, Office, Retail and Industrial

SAM ARABI

FACILITIES MANAGER, HEAD OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, WA

Sam is a Facilities Management and Development professional who brings extensive experience to his role as Head of Facilities Management. As a leader, Sam has been at the forefront of driving change, continuous improvement and innovation through people and practices. 

Sam has a strong background in construction and projects management along with a high level of experience in Facilities Management ranging from medical, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments

ALEKSANDAR SUKUROSKI

OPERATIONS MANAGER, HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES, WA

Aleks Is our Operations Manager at Impex and is the Head of Asset Management Services in WA. Aleks joined the team in 2010, with many years’ experience in the building management, mechanical and construction industry.

Aleks will be responsible for leading the Asset Management team across all service lines including Facilities Management, Concierge and Cleaning services.

JOHN ALEKSOSKI

GENERAL MANAGER, IMPEX GROUP, WA

John commenced with Impex in 2009 and brings with him over 10 years’ experience within the Facilities Management Industry. John is a full member of FMA and a Committee member.

John has strong invaluable managerial experience and has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various sectors such as operations, accounting, technical services, asset, and property management.
