Transforming the delivery of services to an integrated model was needed as there was an increasing complexity of needs for services to residential strata buildings. To address these needs, our integrated model was developed.

Mitch is a Building and Facilities Management professional who brings a strong operational focus to his role as Pod Leader within Impex Group. With hands-on experience across residential and mixed-use developments, Mitch is known for his structured approach to building operations, contractor management and service delivery.
As a leader, Mitch plays a key role in driving consistency, accountability and visibility across his portfolio, ensuring that buildings are managed efficiently and in line with best practice. His ability to balance day-to-day operations with governance and reporting requirements allows him to deliver a high standard of service while supporting long-term asset performance.
Aleks Is our Operations Manager at Impex and is the Head of Asset Management Services in WA. Aleks joined the team in 2010, with many years’ experience in the building management, mechanical and construction industry.
Aleks will be responsible for leading the Asset Management team across all service lines including Facilities Management, Concierge and Cleaning services.
John commenced with Impex in 2009 and brings with him over 10 years’ experience within the Facilities Management Industry. John is a full member of FMA and a Committee member.
John has strong invaluable managerial experience and has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various sectors such as operations, accounting, technical services, asset, and property management.
